Telephone For payments taken over the telephone, I am not allowed to store or keep your card details by law.Payments made via any of these methods are 100% secure and all details are encrypted. Discount Codes Whilst only one discount code will apply at any time, any applicable free postage offer can be used in conjunction and this will be applied automatically to qualifying cart values. Posting As all my items are handmade, I will aim to get your purchase posted out to you within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment. However, I quite often do post your order within 24 hours of being notified that your payment has cleared. I process orders in the order they're received, so please note, that choosing a Tracked and/or Signed For delivery doesn't mean your order will take precedence. Postage & Delivery International Orders Due to the new Goods and Services Tax, other taxes & restrictions imposed by some Overseas Governments, unfortunately I'm no longer able to post to addresses outside of the UK. However, you are able to buy from my etsy shop where all of these taxes & restrictions are dealt with by etsy. If you see something on my website which isn't on etsy, please do contact me & I'll add it to my etsy shop for you to purchase. Delivery Delivery will be to the address provided when you place your order. For your security, the delivery address cannot be changed after checkout, so please ensure that the address of your home/office is correct, or add a note at checkout with an alternative address. You'll find all the current postal options I offer here Returns I can accept returns provided that the item(s) is/are returned together with its packaging, or a suitable alternative which provides protection to the item(s) whilst in transit. Returns are accepted on the basis that the item(s) is/are in their original condition as sold to you and have not been worn, adjusted or altered in any way. I will not be able to accept returns where the item(s) has/have been altered/adjusted, worn or abused, or for earrings where the seal on the plastic grip bag has been broken or disturbed. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt prior to any return. Your item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt. For your protection, you may wish to use a signed for postage option as I'm not able to process a refund for any item(s) I haven't received. Return postage is paid by you. Loyalty Points If you earned loyalty points on your order, those which relate to your returned items(s) will be deducted from your account. |
