As I work from home, Silver Sensations is currently not affected & will continue as normal. Should this situation change, I'll keep you updated here, in my blog & on Facebook.

Payments

I accept payments via Paypal. You do need to be registered with Paypal to make a purchase via your bank account/credit card/debit card through them.

Klarna

If you wish to buy now & pay later, you can now choose the option at checkout.

Laybuy

This is another option where you can choose to buy now & pay later. With Laybuy, you can buy something now & then pay each week for 6 weeks. Laybuy will automatically charge your card every week, simple. There are also no charges or interest to pay. However if you don't make a  payment, Laybuy will charge you a fee if payment fails twice in one week.

The weekly payments are clearly shown under each product price & you can now choose the option at checkout if you prefer.

Discount Codes

Whilst only one discount code will apply at any time, any applicable free postage offer can be used in conjunction and this will be applied automatically to qualifying cart values.

Posting

As all my items are handmade, I will aim to get your purchase posted out to you within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment. However, I quite often do post your order within 24 hours of being notified that your payment has cleared. I process orders in the order they're received, so please note, that choosing Signed For delivery doesn't mean your order will take precedence.

International Orders

Due to the new Goods and Services Tax, other taxes & restrictions imposed by some Overseas Governments, unfortunately I'm no longer able to post to countries affected by these conditions. 

If you feel that this doesn't apply to your State or Country, please do contact me & I'll look at this on an individual order basis. The postal charge for International Tracked & Signed For post is £11.00.

Delivery

Delivery will be to the address provided when you place your order. For your security, the delivery address cannot be changed after checkout, so please ensure that the address of your home/office is correct, or add a note at checkout with an alternative address.

Returns

I can accept returns provided that the item(s) is/are returned together with its packaging.

Returns are accepted on the basis that the item(s) is/are in their original condition as sold to you and have not been worn, adjusted or altered in any way.

I will not be able to accept returns where the item(s) has/have been altered/adjusted, worn or abused, or for earrings where the seal on the plastic grip bag has been broken or disturbed.

Please contact me within 14 days of receipt prior to any return, so that I can expect your returned item(s). Please return within 14 days of notifying me and, for your protection, you may wish to use a signed for postage option as I'm not able to process a refund for any item(s) I haven't received. Your item must be returned within 28 days of receipt. 

Loyalty Points

If you earned loyalty points on your order, those which relate to your returned items(s) will be deducted from your account.

Paypal's 'Returns On Us' programme. This means that if you've paid for your order by Paypal & wish to return it, all you currently have to do is follow the link below, complete the details in Paypal's website & they will refund your postage to you should you wish to return an item.
