Delivery & Returns
The current COVID-19 pandemic might still be affecting delivery times a little. Please bear this in mind when ordering & I thank you in advance for your patience & understanding.
I accept payments via Paypal. You do not need to be already registered with Paypal to make a purchase via your bank account/credit card/debit card through them, you can choose to complete your purchase as a guest.
Paypal have a 'Returns On Us' programme. This means that if you've paid for your order by Paypal & wish to return it, all you currently have to do is follow the link below, complete the details in Paypal's website & they will refund your postage to you should you wish to return an item. If you wish to buy now & pay later, you can now choose this option at checkout.
This is another option where you can choose to buy now & pay later. With Laybuy, you can buy something now & then pay each week for 6 weeks. Laybuy will automatically charge your card every week, simple. There are also no charges or interest to pay. However if you don't make a payment, Laybuy may charge you a fee if payment fails.
The weekly payments are clearly shown under each product price & you can now choose this option at checkout if you prefer.

TelephoneFor payments taken over the telephone, I'm not allowed to store or keep your card details by law. So please be assured that once you're payment is processed, your card details are no longer visible to me nor are held on record.
Payments made via any of these methods are 100% secure and all details are encrypted.
EUROPE - Due to new VAT regulations, which took effect on 1st July 2021, affecting orders being sent to any EU address from the UK, sadly I'm no longer able to post to any address within Europe.
AUSTRALIA - Airmail
Due to the new Goods and Services Tax imposed by the Australian Government, I do sincerely regret, that sadly, I'm no longer able to post to Australia.

Please note that these delivery times are Post Office guidelines only to delivery to the destination country from the date I post your order, not from the date you place your order. Actual delivery times to addresses once within the destination country may vary, especially at busy times of the year.
For US States which have adopted the Goods and Services Tax, I will need to send you an additional bill for this tax to be paid by you or I'm afraid that I won't be able to post to those US States affected by this. This is a condition of you buying for delivery in one of those States.
Any Customs taxes, duties and/or VAT payable when delivered to customer addresses outside of the UK, are the responsibility of the buyer.For large and/or heavy International orders or where the items are ordered for resale, there will be an additional postage charge. Please note that any resale of my products MUST be agreed with me before placing an order. Additionally any taxes, duty and/or VAT payable on receipt of the products. will be your responsibility.
Delivery will be to the address provided when you place your order. For your security, the delivery address cannot be changed after checkout, so please ensure that the address of your home/office is correct, or add a note at checkout with an alternative address.
I can accept returns provided that the item(s) is/are returned together with its packaging.
If returning any item(s) from outside the UK, the packet MUST be clearly marked British Goods Returned. Otherwise you will be responsible for paying the UK Customs Tax/Duties payment before Royal Mail will deliver it to me & I'm able to refund the cost of your original purchase (excluding postage) to you.Returns are accepted on the basis that the item(s) is/are in their original condition as sold to you and are in a re-saleable condition, so have not been worn, adjusted or altered in any way.
As is standard practice, I will not be able to accept returns where the item(s) has/have been altered/adjusted, worn or abused, or for earrings where the label over the seal on the plastic grip bag has been broken or disturbed. This of course is for hygiene reasons. Additionally, custom made items are non returnable/non refundable.If any of the above restrictions apply, I'm afraid I will have to return it to you without providing a refund.
Please contact me within 14 days of receipt prior to any return, so that I can expect your returned item(s). Please return within 14 days of notifying me and, for your protection, you may wish to use a signed for postage option as I'm not able to process a refund for any item(s) I haven't received. Your item must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
