Posting
As all my items are handmade to order, I always aim to post your purchase(s) to you within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment. However, I quite often do post your order within 1 working day of being notified that your payment has cleared. At busy times of the year, this make take a little longer.
Where I need to use glue in a design, additional time is required to allow the glue to dry & make sure the pieces are secure. This applies to, but is not limited to, stretch bracelets, Kumihimo bracelets, seed bead earrings & where pearls or semi precious gemstones are fixed to earring posts or pendant fittings. This process will usually take an extra day, so please bear this in mind when ordering any of these items.
I process orders in the order they're received so please note that, to be fair to all of my customers, choosing a Signed For or Tracked Delivery postage option doesn't mean your order will take precedence.

*For the first time in 14 years, I've had to add postage to your order(s). This is due to 2 large Royal Mail increases in the last year. Whilst the actual cost of large letter postage is £3.05, I will only be charging £1.50 per order.
International Orders
Due to the new Goods and Services Products Tax, other taxes & restrictions imposed by some Overseas Governments, unfortunately I'm no longer able to post to addresses outside of the UK. However you are able to buy from my etsy shop where all of these taxes & restrictions are dealt with by etsy.
Delivery
Delivery will be to the address provided when you place your order. For your security, the delivery address cannot be changed after checkout, so please ensure that the address of your home/office is correct, or add a note at checkout with an alternative address. If you think you've made a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible & I'll carry out the necessary security checks before amending the address.
Returns
I can accept returns provided that the item(s) is/are returned together with its packaging.
Returns are accepted on the basis that the item(s) is/are in their original condition as sold to you and have not been worn, abused, adjusted or altered in any way. Custom made items are not eligible for return or refund.
I will not be able to accept returns where the item(s) has/have been altered/adjusted, worn or abused, or for earrings where my printed seal stapled onto the clear grip bag has been broken, disturbed or removed. Earrings cannot be returned if the stapled seal on the clear grip bag has been disturbed or removed. This is an industry standard for health safety & hygiene reasons & invalidates your right to return.
A lot of retailers, whether online or at a physical shop, don't allow the return of earrings under any circumstances. UK law currently states that where the seal is broken on personal items, or items used for piercings, they're not eligible for a refund. However, I wanted you to be able to inspect the earrings through the grip bag, without the need to disturb or remove the seal.
Please contact me within 14 days of receipt prior to any return, so that I can expect your returned item(s). your item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt. For your protection, you may wish to use a signed for postage option as I'm not able to process a refund for any item(s) I haven't received. You are responsible for the return postage cost.
Loyalty Points
If you earned loyalty points on your order, those which relate to your returned items(s) will be deducted from your account.
